This year’s conference is all about how best to leverage global talent to drive business momentum. Pre-conference sessions and activities begin on Wednesday, October 17. Join us for an in-depth workshop where we will share the results of our annual "Global Mobility, Talent, and Rewards Benchmarking" Survey. Later in the afternoon there will be a guided tour of Deloitte University followed by a welcome reception.

The conference officially starts on Thursday, October 18 with a plenary session that will set the tone of sharing, learning, and networking. During the two day event, you will have the opportunity to attend any of the 16 breakout sessions, join panel discussions, engage with peers, and hear from our keynote speaker Marcus Buckingham.

The event, designed with guidance from our Executive Advisory Board of clients, will cover the latest strategic business issues facing global mobility, compensation, benefits, and talent programs.
