Full Conference (two days)

Early Bird: Register and pay before May 31, 2006:  $990.00

Register and pay on or after June 1, 2006:  $1,200.00

Half Conference (one day)

Early Bird: Register and pay before May 31, 2006:  $495.00

Register and pay on or after June 1, 2006:  $600.00

 
Companies registering three or more employees on or before June 9, 2006, will receive a 20% discount.  The discount will be reimbursed after the conference.

The registration fee includes all conference materials and meals, including dinner on Thursday evening at the National Museum of Women in the Arts.  Your hotel reservation will be made based upon the information provided within your registration.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received on or before May 31, 2006, are fully refundable.
Cancellations received June 1, through June 9, 2006, will receive the post-meeting CD-ROM, Conference Report and a refund, less a $300.00 cancellation fee.  Cancellations made on or after June 10, 2006, will receive the CD-ROM and Conference Report, but no refund.

Registration Changes:
If your registration is mailed, any changes to your registration, including hotel reservations, should be sent via e-mail to energyconference@deloitte.com.  Online registrants must make changes directly on the registration site.
