Meals:
All meals will be provided beginning with a Welcome Reception on Wednesday,

Expenses:
You are responsible for paying for airfare, ground transportation and hotel incidentals (i.e., telephone, room service, early/late stays). Deloitte will be responsible for the payment of your guest room for the nights of September 14 and 15 only.
