Registration Fees:
The registration fee includes admittance to the conference, continental breakfast, lunch, receptions, refreshments, program delivery and development. In addition, following the conference you will receive a conference summary.
In light of the challenges faced by many companies due to the economic downturn, this year we are pleased to offer a reduction in registration fees.
Early Bird: Register and pay before December 2, 2009 - $500.00
Register and pay on or after December 2, 2009 - $700.00
Companies registering three or more employees on or before December 7 will receive a 20% discount. The discount will be reimbursed after the conference, based on attendance.

Please Note:
Cancellations received from November 24 to December 1, 2009 will receive the post meeting Conference Report, and a partial refund less the $200.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received on or after December 2, 2009, will receive the Conference Report, but no refund. No-shows are nonrefundable.
Registration Changes:
If you register by mail, any changes to your registration, including hotel reservations, should be sent via e-mail to oil&gasconference@deloitte.com. Online registrants must make changes directly on the registration site.
