Keynote Speaker:
Glenn Brady, International Accounting Standards Board
Glenn Brady joined the International Accounting Standards Board as a project manager in June 2009. Glenn was previously a senior project manager at the Australian Accounting Standards Board and, in that capacity, he has been leading the project team that has been undertaking the extractive activities research project for the IASB. The project team includes representatives from accounting standard setters in Australia, Canada, Norway and South Africa. Glenn was closely involved in the AASB’s preparations for the adoption of IFRS in 2005, including the adoption of IFRS 6 Exploration for and Evaluation of Mineral Resources.
Continuing Education Credit:
We will provide up to 15.5 hrs of CPE credit, subject to approval process in progress.
