Registration Fees:
The registration fee covers tuition, course materials and all group meals throughout the conference, including the evening event on Monday. It does not include air transportation or accommodations. The registration fee is for each participant who is not presenting at the conference.
U.S. Participants
If you are a U.S. Participant please provide a WBS charge code to which to charge your registration fee (in the designated field in the registration form), and we will coordinate the chargeback process at the close of the conference.
International Participants
If you are an International Participant the registration fee will be payable by credit card (American Express, Master Card and Visa), during the registration process.

Cancellation Policy:
Registrants who cancel on or before September 19, 2010, will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given to registrants who do not attend, or who cancel after September 19, 2010. Substitutions are accepted at any time. In the event of cancellation, Deloitte Tax's liability is limited to the return of the registration fee.

Participant's Time and Expense:
Upon your departure, you are responsible to pay room, tax, and incidentals. Participant's time, airfare, ground transportation, and other reimbursable expenses (e.g., telephone, room service, gratuities) should be charged to the appropriate CED charge code (CED0XXXX-01-01-0000) or your local RC. If business related, charges incurred outsite of the meeting dates should be reimbursed through DTE and charged to the appropriate WBS charge code.
