We are excited that Deloitte University, our learning and leadership center for diversity and inclusion, will once again be hosting our Americas Global Employer Services conference. The Americas Global Employer Services Conference has established itself as one of the industry’s foremost talent and mobility symposiums. Over the past 25 years, we have endeavored to make this event a unique experience for you by sharing new ideas, hosting inspiring speakers, and creating an environment for peer-to-peer networking. This year’s conference will build on the success of past conferences, but with a view to rethinking the realm of the possible as a catalyst for innovation.
Our theme "Fostering innovation to improve business performance" recognizes the increasing need of global mobility, rewards and talent professionals to adjust to various strategic and operational expectations in order to deliver balanced and sustainable value to all stakeholders.
New features this year include a highly collaborative Innovation Lab, as well as the launch of our mobile conference application which places daily conference details at your fingertips.

This year's conference will officially commence on Monday afternoon, October 14, and the opening day will end with a casual welcome reception by the lake. We will spend Tuesday in sessions and wrap up at noon on Wednesday. During the two-and-a-half-day event, you will have the opportunity to attend any of the 20 breakout sessions, join panel discussions, and network with peers.
