In this session, we share findings from our High-Impact Organization Design research, including how companies are decentralizing authority, moving toward product- and customer-centric foundations, and forming dynamic networks of highly empowered teams that communicate and coordinate activities in unique and powerful ways.

Although technology in the workplace is ubiquitous, it is NOT making us more productive.
