Program Level:
The “Fundamentals” program is a Group-Live Format and contains basic to intermediate level content. Participants will review a basic FAS 109 approach and cover issues related to valuation allowances, FIN 48, business combinations, FAS 123, international implications, intraperiod and interim financial reporting topics to gain an overall understanding of the provision process and related calculations.
Learning Objectives:
In this intensive two-day session, you will learn both the basics and challenges of applying SFAS 109-Accounting for Income Taxes and FASB Interpretation No. 48-Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes. Understand FAS 109 and FIN 48 issues through real-life case studies.
