Ground Transportation:
Ground transportation to and from DU will be provided to all guests using DU’s shuttle service.  The service, provided from the airport to DU and your return to the airport at the event’s conclusion, is included in the standard meeting package at no additional cost to the individual. 

To Arrange your Ground Transportation: 

If you are an external or international attendee and have booked your travel through your local travel agent, please email dures@carey.com  to book your transfer arrangements.  Alternatively, you may contact Carey Limousine at +1 214 638 5019 (toll free within the U.S. +1 800 390 6682) to arrange your ground transportation from the airport to DU. Please reference account # WA820104 and that you are attending a meeting at Deloitte University.  Please be prepared to provide your flight information as well as Meeting ID # 19494. 

Arriving in Dallas:
Guests (with or without luggage) will be met at baggage claim by a greeter with a Deloitte sign and directed to the location of the designated transportation.

Guest Arrival by Personal Car:
Arriving guests who do not yet have a DU room key card must stop at the guard house. The guard will check the driver’s license or identity card of each person in the vehicle, confirm registration, and issue a temporary DU parking permit for the guest section of the parking lot.  Parking assistance is available, or the guest may opt to self park.
