The conference fee includes accommodation at Deloitte University and ground transportation to and from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
Accommodation during the conference:
If you request overnight accommodations during registration a room at Deloitte University will be reserved for you based on the dates you provided during your on-line registration. All reservations are guaranteed for late arrival.
If you would prefer to stay off-site we suggest the following hotels in the Dallas/Fort-Worth area;
• Grand Hyatt DFW Airport (Terminal C and D)
• Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center
• Hilton DFW Lakes
Check-in times:
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. CT.
If you arrive before check-in, your room may not be available. If this is the case your bags can be stored for you until your room is ready.
On-site check-in:
Upon arrival at Deloitte University, you will be given a name badge and room key.
• Your room key will also serve as a point-of-sale purchasing card
• For security purposes, we ask that you wear your name badge at all times while on the premises
Departure:
Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. CT. You may store luggage at a designated spot by the front desk until your departure from the facility.
Accommodation after Wednesday, October 16:
If you wish to stay in Dallas or Forth Worth after the conference ends, you will need to make separate arrangements for accommodations.
If you need to stay at the airport the night of Wednesday, October 16, we suggest the Hyatt Regency at Terminal C (across the walkway) or the Grand Hyatt in Terminal D (inside the terminal). For International travelers, the Grand Hyatt would be the most convenient option as Terminal D is the international terminal, but either hotel is suitable for the travelers.
Scheduled Deloitte University Ground Transportation:
Deloitte University provides scheduled pick-ups from all terminals at Dallas Fort-Worth and Dallas Love Field Airports. Please contact Carey Limousine at +1 800 390 6682
(toll free within the U.S. +1 800 390 6682) to arrange your pick-up. Please be prepared to provide your flight information and inform them that you are attending a meeting at Deloitte University. Please reference account #WA820104 with the Meeting ID # 19332.
Private Car Service:
For private transportation, please contact Carey Limousine at +1 800 390 6682 (toll free within the U.S. +1 800 390 6682) to arrange your ground transportation from the airport to Deloitte University. Please let them know that you are attending a meeting at Deloitte University. Please be prepared to provide your flight information as well as credit card number.
