A limited number of rooms are being held at Mandalay Bay Resort. Reservations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants are responsible for paying for accommodations directly to the hotel at check-out.
Room Rate:
$89.00 per night, plus 12% tax. This rate may be offered for dates prior to and after the scheduled conference dates, subject to hotel availability.
National Meeting Services will manage all reservations based on your online registration.

Please plan your flight into McCarran International Airport or North Las Vegas Airport or Ivanpah Valley Airport.
Ground Transportation:
Taxis are available from the arrivals area of the airport, however not all may accept credit cards. The fare ranges from $20-25 and the journey can take approximately 20 minutes depending on traffic.
Local shuttle services are also available. Please keep in mind that they do drop off at all the hotels on the strip and it could be either the first stop or the last drop off to the Mandalay Bay. There is potential that it could take as long as 60 minutes to arrive at the hotel. Cost is dependent on the service.http://www.vegas.com/transportation/airport-shuttles/ Private car service from the airport to the Mandalay Bay can be arranged through the Hotel Concierge. The cost for a sedan (up to 3 passengers) is approximately $66.80 (prices are tax/fees/gratuity inclusive). Depending on the size of your party, larger vehicles are also available for an additional cost. Prearranged transportation is typically the most efficient way to travel to the hotel. There will be a driver waiting for you at the bottom of the escalators near baggage claim, and they will take the most direct route to the hotel. between 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. PST daily, payment will be required to secure the booking. The hotel is not able to take payment information through email for security reasons.
On the day of your departure, the Concierge will also store your luggage and recommend departing from the Hotel two hours prior to your flight.
