A valid passport is required to enter the United States. For up-to-date travel requirements for entry into the United States, please contact the U.S. diplomatic establishment (Consulate or Embassy) in your country. If a visa is required, please send an email request for a letter of invitation on Deloitte letterhead to Mickey Appel in our Houston office. Please include the name as it appears on the passport, passport number, expiration date, issue date, place of issue, nationality, date of birth, date of travel to/from the United States, and a fax number where the letter should be sent.
Airport:
Plan your flight into Chicago's O'Hare International Airport.
Ground Transportation:
Taxis are available at a cost of approximately $7.00 and the ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Pick-up/Drop-off areas are conveniently located outside the baggage claim area.
The Hyatt Shuttle (which is complimentary from O'Hare International Airport) runs every 15 minutes up until midnight. Follow red arrows on floor to Shuttle Center, Door 1. International travelers must use the courtesy phone inside the terminal. Shuttle buses are blue & white and read Hyatt Regency O'Hare. For pick-up between midnight and 6:00 am, guests must contact the hotel for arrangements.
