A valid passport is required for your travel. All persons, including US citizens traveling by air between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, Bermuda, and the Caribbean (with the exception of Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands) will require a valid passport to enter or re-enter the United States. All persons, including US citizens, traveling between the US and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean and Bermuda by land or sea (including ferries), may be required to present a valid passport or other documents as determined by the Department of Homeland Security.

If a visa is required, please send an email request for a letter of invitation on Deloitte letterhead to Barbara Krause. Please include the name as it appears on the passport, passport number, expiration date, issue date, place of issue, nationality, date of birth, travel dates and a fax number where the letter should be sent.Airport: Plan your flight into Chicago's O'Hare International Airport.Ground transportation: Taxis are available at a cost of approximately $12 and the ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Pick–up/Drop-off areas are conveniently located outside the baggage claim area.
The Hyatt Shuttle (which is complimentary from O'Hare International Airport) runs every 15 minutes up until midnight. Follow red arrows on floor to Shuttle Center, Door 1. International travelers must use the courtesy phone inside the terminal. Shuttle buses are blue & white and read Hyatt Regency O'Hare. For pick–up between midnight and 6:00 a.m., guests must contact the hotel for arrangements.
