Please plan your flight into Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport or Dulles International Airport. The Marriott Marquis is located 5 miles from Reagan Airport and 28 miles from Dulles airport. Taxis are available at a cost of approximately $30 and $70 respectively and the trip will take approximately 30 minutes to one hour.

If you request overnight accommodations during registration, a room will be reserved for you based on the dates you provide during your online registration. All reservations are guaranteed for late arrival.

Arrival & departure information
Arrival should be scheduled for Wednesday, February 20. Departure date is Friday, February 22. The meeting concludes at 12:15 p.m. ET with an optional lunch to follow. Departing flights should not be scheduled prior to 2:00 p.m ET. Please allow an extra hour for international flights.
If you will be attending any pre-conference meetings in Washington DC or if you wish to stay after the conference concludes, you will need to make separate arrangements for accommodations with the hotel directly.
