Special hotel rates available to registrants
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is offering the rate of $299.00 for two days prior to and two days following The 2020 National Multistate Tax Symposium (based on hotel space and special rate availability).  

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

 

Special theme park tickets and fast passes 
Special Walt Disney World® Resort theme park tickets are available to the Symposium attendees, their guests, and family members. You may purchase advance tickets at a discounted rate prior to your arrival. Please note that the advance multi-day ticket purchase discount will expire on January 21, 2020. Tickets are for use over Conference dates and Pre and Post Conference stays. Multi-day tickets are good for 14 days after the first day used. All unused discounted advance purchase convention tickets will expire 7 days after the last day of the conference, which is February 7, 2020.

You may also book Disney Attraction fast passes with your tickets. You will need to have the tickets linked to your My Disney Experience Account. You can set up these accounts online at My Disney Experience by following the prompts. There is also a My Disney Experience free App for your mobile devices. You may select Fast Passes up to 30 days in advance with a ticket number, and up to 60 days in advance with a Walt Disney World Resort room reservation number.

Dinner reservations
Guests can make dining reservations at any time, whether or not they have a room reservation, by calling +1 407 WDW DINE. You will be asked for a credit card to guarantee the reservation.

 

 

Ground transportation  
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is approximately 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

The cost of a taxi is approximately $75. Private car service to and from Orlando International Airport can be arranged by calling Mears Transportation at +1 407 423 5566. The cost is approximately $104 from the airport and $89 from the hotel.

Disney’s Magical Express service, which provides complimentary transportation for all Walt Disney World Resort guests from Orlando International Airport and delivery of your bags to your room, is available to you as well. Disney's Magic Express is located at and departs from Terminal B. You may book this service starting January 9, 2020, by dialing +1 407 827 6777, option #1 or directly online. Under "Reservation Information," if we have not sent you a confirmation number yet, please select "No, my reservation is confirmed but I do not have the reservation number available". Under Group, enter Deloitte, and be prepared to provide your flight number and airline information.  Please make sure you enter names for all in your party, and ages of any children traveling with you. All party names including children should also be on your room reservation.
