We do our best to ensure your guest room is available for check-in as soon as you arrive at DU. Sometimes though, this just isn’t possible. In case you need to wait for your guest room, we invite you to use our DFit locker room to change or to freshen up. We can also hold your luggage while you grab a coffee, eat or explore the property. We will email you when your room key is ready for pickup.

Check-out time: Pack up and check out before your first session on departure day.

Due to the volume of guests DU hosts each week, we request that you check out of your room before your first session on departure day. DFit’s locker rooms are available if you wish to change before your travel later in the day.

Air travel

Airport

Please plan your flight into Dallas/Ft. Worth Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL). DFW is approximately 15 miles and/or 30 minutes from Deloitte University. DAL is approximately 29 miles and/or 40 minutes from Deloitte University.

Ground transportation

Ground transportation to and from DU will be provided to all guests using DU’s shuttle service. The service, provided from the airport to DU and your return to the airport at the event’s conclusion, is included in the standard meeting package at no additional cost to the individual. Please use this link to book your ground transportation arrangements with Carey Transportation. Please be prepared to provide your flight information as well as meeting ID# 78686.

Arrival by personal car

Guests arriving via personal car, must stop at the guard house. The guard will check the driver’s license or identity card of each person in the vehicle and confirm registration. Please proceed to the main lobby entrance where you will be greeted with complimentary valet parking services. If you prefer to utilize an alternative valet option, proceed to the main lobby entrance where a staff member will follow you to the parking lot and shuttle you with a ride via golf cart or shuttle.

If you are using a shared ride service, the driver must be willing to present a photo ID at the security booth and should always remain in the vehicle. If they are picking you up from DU, the driver must also have your full name to give to security, and should again, always remain in the vehicle.
