2:15 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.	Mobilizing finance for the transition (Blue Zone, Coalition for Rainforest Nations Pavilion) Join stakeholders across the finance sector to examine the challenges and areas of opportunity for finance mobilization and innovative funding structures, and the role technologies such as earth observation data and artificial intelligence can play in supporting transparency for financial institutions and the market enabling finance deployment. The session will highlight experiences and lessons learned illustrating the catalytic effect of public funds, the role of private sector investment, and how ecosystem approaches can help ensure that financial flows are aligned with both environmental and nature-positive outcomes. 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.	Deloitte COP30 opening event, with special guest Paul Polman Join Deloitte leaders for a special welcome event to commemorate the start of COP30 in Belém. Held at the Deloitte pavilion in the Green Zone, the event will feature a memorable fireside chat and Q&A with Paul Polman on leadership and the importance of collaboration to help drive system-wide change. This will be followed by light refreshments and the opportunity to connect with other leading sustainability specialists, innovators, and peers to connect and recognize shared efforts for a successful COP30 and beyond. Please register to express interest. Due to limited capacity, we may not be able to accommodate all who register interest. Participants will be confirmed to provide broad representation across organizations and ensure high-level participation.
