All meals will be provided beginning with dinner on Tuesday 20 June and concluding with dinner on Wednesday 21 June.

Expenses
Upon departure, you are responsible for paying room, tax and incidentals (i.e., telephone, room service, and dry cleaning). The room rate is USD $179.00 single occupancy per night. Please note that rates are subject to change for dates prior to and after the scheduled meeting dates. Room and tax during the meeting dates, as well as airfare and ground transportation, should be charged to your member firm. Please check your member firm policy for reimbursement of incidentals.
