USD $179.00 per night

This rate is for single occupancy. This rate may be offered for dates prior to and after the scheduled conference dates, subject to hotel availability. Please note you may be charged for room nights cancelled, after booking your original dates of accommodations. Reductions in room nights communicated onsite at the meeting upon check-in will also result in fees equal to a full room night's charge for each night cancelled.

Note: Please do not contact the hotel directly. Global Meetings and Events will manage all rooming reservations based on your online registration.

Request for early check-in
If you arrive in Evanston early in the morning on your arrival day (i.e., before 0900) and would like to check in upon arrival, please remember to reserve a room the night before your arrival to ensure an early morning check-in. Please keep in mind that you will be charged for the room for this night.

Passport/Visa requirements
A valid passport is required to enter United States. A visa may also be required, depending on your home country. For up-to-date travel requirements for entry into United States, please contact the US establishment (Consulate or Embassy) in your home country. If a letter of invitation is required to secure a visa, please send an email request for a letter of invitation on Deloitte letterhead to Global Programs. Please include the requestor's name as it appears on the passport, passport number, expiration date, issue date, place of issue, nationality, and date of birth. Please also include the name and dates of the program you will be attending.

Global Programs will coordinate your business visa invitation letter to the meeting with the United States member firm. Attendees should plan ahead and submit their requests well in advance, recognizing we are unable to expedite last minute requests. Once required information is submitted, processing of the invitation letter can take up to five business days. Please also note that the Global Programs mailbox is monitored daily and emailing individuals may result in an unintended delay.

Please plan your flight into O'Hare International Airport (ORD) or Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW)

Ground transportation
From O'Hare:
The hotel is located approximately 35 minutes - 1 hour from O'Hare and approximately 1 hour, 15 minutes - 2 hours from Midway, depending upon traffic.

Taxis are available at the airport and will cost approximately $50+ one-way from O'Hare and approximately $75+ from Midway.
