Huddle sessions

Featuring Deloitte speakers discussing a specific topic and sharing technical, conceptual, and practical insights. Many electives will be interactive and feature your peers sharing their stories and experiences.

Engage with your peers in small discussion groups to share perspectives on the topics you’re most interested in.

Official program start: Wednesday, April 22: 

Registration will open at 12:00 p.m. CT 
Optional lunch will be available from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. CT
The opening plenary session will begin at 3:00 p.m. CT

Program conclusion: Friday, April 24: 

The last session will end at 11:30 a.m. CT 
An optional to-go lunch will be available after the last session

Arrival and departure

Arrival should be scheduled for Wednesday, April 22, and departure for Friday, April 24. The meeting concludes at 11:30 a.m. CT on Friday. Please book departing flights no earlier than 2:00 p.m. CT.

For international flights, please allow an additional hour when planning your departure.

Attire

Deloitte University has adopted a “Dress for your day” dress code policy at DU. This dress code policy allows our guests to maximize comfort, while maintaining a professional image.

Smart business casual. This includes nice jeans paired with other business casual clothing.
Consider bringing a blazer or sport jacket/sweater in the event you find the meeting rooms chilly.
Work appropriate comfortable shoes are important as the facility is a quarter mile in length.
For evening events, we trust that you will exercise discretion at all times, recognizing that whether you are in a classroom, at a social event, or in the Market or Barn, Deloitte University is a professional environment.

Attendance by guest and family

Deloitte University is a closed property available to invited attendees only. Attendance by a spouse/guests is not permitted, unless otherwise communicated/approved. We endeavor to make all programs as productive as possible, including building camaraderie and teamwork through social interaction. The presence of outside visitors is a distraction that reduces the opportunity to fulfill this responsibility.

Meals

All meals will be provided during your stay. You can indicate a food allergy or dietary preference during registration.

Nursing mothers and accessibility needs

If you are a nursing mother or require assistance due to accessibility needs, please indicate this on the registration form and our DU Concierge will contact you.

Safety

DU is a weapons free facility. All DU guests, their luggage, and other personal belongings brought onto DU premises are subject to security screening, including weapons detection screening. Exterior doors at DU are locked and can be accessed with your guestroom key.
