The cost to attend the three-day event is $2,950 and includes:
All learning activities, including plenaries, elective sessions, and huddles
All networking events and dinners
All meals while attending the Summit
Access to the Summit app and its features
Round-trip transportation between the airport and DU provided by Carey Transportation (Must use this
link
to book your ground transportation arrangements)
Please note:
Attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for their own air transportation.
While your event registration will reserve a guestroom at DU in your name, the cost of the room ($225 per night) is billed separately and is not included in the registration fee. You will provide a form of payment for the guestroom charges directly to DU at check-in.
If you choose not to use the Carey Shuttle for your airport transfers, you are responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation to and from DU.
Forms of payment
Fee will be payable during the registration process by credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Attendees can also indicate during the registration process if their registration fee will be covered by their Deloitte team.
Cancellation policy
Registered attendees who cancel before March 6, 2026, will receive a full refund. No refunds will be given to registrants who do not attend, or who cancel on or after March 6, 2026. In the event of Deloitte’s cancellation of the 2026 Americas Global Employer Services Summit, Deloitte’s liability is limited to the return of the registration fee.

No show: Non-refundable
